    Allis Chalmers D14 Power Steering

    Hello Everyone, I have a 1957 Allis Chalmers D-14 with manual steering. I'm wondering if it's possible and feasible to add power steering to it. If so, what would it cost for the parts and pieces and to have someone do it., as it's above my skill level. I would appreciate your input. Bill

    Massey Harris 30 PTO Shaft Felt Washer

    Hello All, My Massey Harris 30 PTO has a felt wiper to ext to the oil seal on the shaft. That washer doesn't seem to be available any longer. Can anyone tell me where I can buy felt material to make a seal? My parts manual shows the seal as 5/16" thick. Thanks, Bill

    To all who responded, I found a local guy who had a housing that matched mine. He replaced the housing and installed new brushes while he had it apart. The old ones were "well worn". I appreciate the response from everyone. Thanks!:)

    The battery on my 340 sets right behind the operator's seat. I have seen batteries explode. I don't really want to experience acid burns on my back and neck. And the lid would be the best way to secure the battery in the box. And I'm trying to restore the tractor to show quality.
