    in the pics on your thread I see the removed rv valve but i dont see it in the pics, can you see it in upper or lower right or left with a flashlight or do you have to go just by feel to find it to put the wrench on it?.

    bracket holding exaust pipe

    yes I looked up the bracket and think it is a little pricey, i was surprised that the clamp holding the pipe to the manifold was a reasonable price compared to the tail pipe bracket, I think ill make somethig up although i would have liked to keep it original as far as parts. thanx for input.

    I am going to change my exhaust on my 47 8n "early 8n" to go from sstraight up to go down under neath, there is a bracket of sorts attached by a bolt going through the trombone into the rearend housing,Im not sure if this bracket was to be used to secure the exhaust pipe or for something else...

    according sto the serial number its a late 47, supposedly they made some thousands in 47 I dont remember the numbers but this serial number is in that group.

    thanks for theinfo royse, took your thread to ebay, it says tesetd at 6 volts , sounds like it is a horn designed for 12 volts but will work on 6 volts. wish they would just say 6 volt and leave it at that. will look around more before spending close to $50.. but will take chance if cant find...

    this isnt a ford tractor post bu it is a ford problem, I bought a 2007 ford f150 with a touch screen gps/radio it seems to need a disc for the gps to operate, the disc did not come with the truck, can i get these discs in places other than going to ford? if i do needt to go to ford what would...

    I would also reccomend checking the oil to make sure gas didnt get in crankcase.
