oogah horn

where can i get a 6 volt oogah horn,? so far i have found only 12 volt horns. any info appreciated.

eBay has some that says they work on 6V.
I've never tested them myself.

thanks for theinfo royse, took your thread to ebay, it says tesetd at 6 volts , sounds like it is a horn designed for 12 volts but will work on 6 volts. wish they would just say 6 volt and leave it at that. will look around more before spending close to $50.. but will take chance if cant find something else.

Have had one on my old jeep for years (12 volt)

It's best if you hook it up on a separate relay for power and activate it with the vehicle horn button

At it pulls more current than the regular factory horn,

Kids really love it

I just have to replace the horn relay from time to time,

To get a new 6 volt one, you will have to go to a source that sells new parts for restoring model A Fords.
