18 volts to start big 4 cy engines
Yes slow night possibly one two many pain pills. Just reading on M-M site fellows discissing starting big pulling tractors. One mentioned hot rod mags selling 16 volt batteries. We broke the boom swing chain on our Ford 4500 TLB (#755 bh). Does anyone know where we can buy the #120 steel leaf chain at a reasonable price? Also is there any one out there who has experience with replacing this chain and who could give advice or tips/tricks on how to proceed, before I go... -

Thanks to each of you for your advice. I believe there was oil behind the cylinder that caused the issue. I can now get the full swing although I have to pull real hard on the valve handle to get the last ten degrees of swing. I will operate that way for awhile to see if it gets better. I... -
