    Hi, You are missing the correct cap for it, it is like the engine oil filler cap but slightly smaller, on the rear of the housing there is a 1/2" BSP plug, when you are adding oil remove the plug and when oil comes out that is the correct amount, why they didn't fit a dip stick I will never know...
