Jubilee Hyd pump
Vane pump works great, but still have a slight leak that I have not determined where leak is coming from. I removed the vane pump and cleaned with brake cleaner to remove evidence of any fluid and reinstalled. Jubilee Hyd pump
MN valley man, thanks, I have the pump off and the gasket appear to be OK, I will change the two O rings and put it back on and see what happens. I may need to prime it again to get fluid to the pump. The two lines are almost $300 bucks, wonder why?- broncojohn

Jubilee Hyd pump
My 1953 Jubilee is having hydraulic issues, sometimes I can get it to work and other times it will not work. It has the vane type hyd pump and was wondering if I changed it to the newer type pump if I would need to change the hyd lines? I think the problem is that the pump has a slight leak...- broncojohn

Purchased a 1953 Jubilee that had been sitting for about 6 years. Got it running after changing the gas tank and a quick tune up, new battery, etc. Changed the oil/oil filter and hydraulic fluid.
