    T020-PTO Fluid

I've got the oil. :) I've had an oil leak at the PTO area for some time now. I don't use the tractor much anymore (I'm 75) but I would like to fix it if it's not too much work. I checked the bolts around the PTO cover, and the studs underneath the tractor, and everything is tight. Is it just...

    T020-PTO Fluid

Thanks guys! Yes it was the tranny/diff/hydraulic system fluid I was asking about. :)

What oil is available for these trannies now? I read somewhere that the original gear oil recommendation is no longer available.

    "Clevis pin" for drawbar . . . ?

Here's the new pin, if anyone is interested. Regarding dimension "A": A 1.140 pin fit loosely into my tractor. I'm assuming it was originally 1.125" but was maybe worn, although that's a lot of wear. If it is, it wasn't by me, I never used the drawbar much, and I only made it 20 or so years...

    "Clevis pin" for drawbar . . . ?

Here's my homemade drawbar. I was self-employed as a toolmaker, shop in backyard, so this stuff was a no-brainer to make. Above is the pin and R-clip.

    "Clevis pin" for drawbar . . . ?

I'm going to post pictures of my setup, with the new pin and its dimensions, hopefully later today. :)

    "Clevis pin" for drawbar . . . ?

That one wouldn't work on my tractor. I finally made one today, and used a large R-clip to hold it in place. Thanks to all for the help.

    "Clevis pin" for drawbar . . . ?

Yes, it doesn't look like the original, which I don't care about, just want something that works. I was a toolmaker for 53 years and could easily make one, but I've had my fill of that stuff, would rather buy one.

    "Clevis pin" for drawbar . . . ?

Yes, it is just like this pik you posted, except the drawbar itself is homemade. The pin I need is the one way in the front that holds the drawbar, under the PTO in the pik. Is the part I linked in my OP the right one?

    "Clevis pin" for drawbar . . . ?

Thanks for the reply. I've got the 3-point one apparently, wasn't aware there was a different one. I'll post some pictures in a couple days, I'm in the middle of a snowstorm now (the image in that thread you referenced is gone). That big hole I circled looks to be the one in question. That...

    "Clevis pin" for drawbar . . . ?

Hi all, need some help here. I have a TO20, bought it in 1977. There was a pin that came in the bracket under the differential that held the drawbar (that I made) in place -- which I don't use very often. Actually I don't use the tractor much more either. I'm an old coot, looking at 75 this...

    Kinda new here . . .

I used the black PermaTex, seems to be holding well. Being old, I don't used the tractor much anymore so not a lot of work needs to be done on it. About 4-5 years ago I needed a new starter solenoid. The old one (which was down inside the tranny case as I recall) was replaced by a buddy of mine...

    Kinda new here . . .

Got her all back together a couple weeks ago, got mowing and a few others things done with it. Thanks to all for the help. :)

    Kinda new here . . .

No problem, I just thought your post was written for someone who didn't know the difference between a wrench and a screwdriver. :) I got the seals (one spare) yesterday via USPS, so if the grass dries out I'll get it back together today. Not a fan of being old and crawling around on wet grass...

    Kinda new here . . .

I"m not a noob -- been doing all my own mechanic work -- including changing oil -- since the mid 1960s on lawnmowers, cars, trucks, motorcycles, this tractor and a boat I had. But since I took it apart the other day, I don't remember where the coil spring went and I couldn't find an exploded...
