    Camshaft gear fell off.

    I am finally getting back to repairing my SM since my camshaft nut fell off. Have a new gear, nut and keeper. I need to find the archives so I can time the camshaft gear to the crankshaft gear. Do you just line up the dots? I figure the answer is in the archives but can't seem to find them...

    70 diesel locking up

    Just had a 70 diesel dropped off to get looked at the complaint is that after the tractor is running for about 15-20 minutes it starts to die down and the lock up! it has a taper lock flywheel and it has zero end play do you think it is lack of end play causing this?
