    Are you giving the trip rope a quick tug and letting go? If held too long the trip will cycle again. Or is that not the problem?

    A quick fix is to sand the area good and smear JB weld on the pitted area let dry good and sand smooth.

    With a sleeve puller they come out fairly easy. Lower block needs to be cleaned good and check for pits where the o ring goes.

    When you get the sleeves out, take a light hammer and tap around the top edge of the sleeves. If a cracked sleeve the flange will break away when you tap on it.

    Corn came up here about 4 days ago. Got .3" of rain night before last. 29 degrees at 6 am this morning. Have to see how much damage to the small corn plants and the few beans that are up. Guess it is gonna be one of those years...E SD.

    Caster wheels go forward on that model Woods. Narrow tires can be a pia on a set up like that.
