    Fuel Mix

    The other day I was doing some clean up where an old building had fallen in and picked up what was left of an old Sears chain saw. On the tank, the mix instructions said,"Mix 3/4 pint 30wt. Non-Detergent motor oil with each gallon of gas." I think that dates it back to the early to mid-sixties.

    Cleaning/flushing cooling system

    I am putting in a new engine block heater. Have coolant drained and block heater out. Putting in a temporary rubber freeze plug to be able to fill up and flush the block and radiator while I am waiting on new heater to show up.     NAA side cover

    1954 naa. side cover behind the distributor / coil was leaking pretty good so i cahnged the gasket. old one was in pretty bad shape. now it leaks jsut as much if not more. all 3 bolts are tight. its a thick cork gasket should this need some sealant on it too? or maybe im collecting too much oil...

    farmall 100, the two bolts that anchor the front lift in the square tube, hope this makes since, why are they so tight?
