    1 Wire Alternator

    Converting a Gen to an Alternator on a MF 135. Can I just insulate the ends of the generator leads and run a wire straight from a 1 wire Alternator straight to the battery?

    Looking at a Farmall M to buy. Tractor is missing serial plate and not sure of date? Maybe photo might help does the holes in the front grill give a date? I noticed alot the early model M didnt have them.?

    MF 231S Fuel Gauge not working

    Ferguson to20 1948 Gas cap Problems

    The engine on my to20 warms the gasoline in the tank and fumes jet out the vent hole on my gas cap. This takes off the paint on the underside of hood and also pools gas on top near cap. I could put a cap on with no vent hole. What are the reasons for the vent hole? Should i put the non vent hole...

    MF 41 Sickle Mower

    Not a good weekend for the MF 41. Broke two parts and only got one to stay welded, so got to try to find a new blade attachment. For got to take a pic of the end piece after it was welded back on. Also lost a bolt on the end that I had to replace.

    Farmall F-12 trouble

    Rebuilt mag., carb, timing is dead on. Can't get this tractor to fire at all. I have sprayed starting fluid directly in cylinder and in carb. Hoping to try pulling it to get it to start. Any suggestions? Tractor hasn't ran in 5 years.

    Our son bought his first tractor and we took delivery yesterday. He's been working at YT since he was 16 and mostly socking away his income, not given to frivolous endeavors. He was having a bit of trouble lifting old growth stumps with my stuff, he could dig them out, but couldn't haul them...

    La mower bearing

    I pulled the roller that applies the tension to the belt to make my mower work. Inside there are 2 sets of needle bearings. One has the end caps busted off. It is .75" id and 1.25" od. Any idea where I might find a replacement? Jd says no longer available.

    504 vs 606 engine swap??

    I would like to remove the Diesel engine from a 504 and install the engine out of 606 gas. Will it all bolt up?

    Can anyone tell me how to remove the PTO shaft from the tractor to switch it from 540 to 1000? This tractor does have the 1000/540 PTO setup. Thanks in advance
