    Tap on the bowl a bit and see if the needle then seats (leak stops, might be the needle not seating, leak keeps leaking, might be the float). Or just wait for the kit and rebuild. CBull

    Pipe trap is easier than a box trap and blanket. 6 inch stove pipe or PVC pipe and make your own doors for one end or both ends, rig up a door trigger and toss in some bait. The 6 inch pipe is small enough that the skunk has a hard time or can't spray at all, also dark inside so the skunk...

    --- May just need to look closer at your carb brass tag??? Stamped numbers can be very lightly stamped or worn. My NAA carb brass tag has TSX followed by two separate numbers: 753 then 428. Could both of our barbs actually be TSX428 or not? CBull

    OK, I didn't see the very last post, but vapor locking seemed to be the source of the symptoms. Hmmm, issues surface after an hour of use..vapor locking? Is fuel line routed near exhaust? Try insulating the gas line that runs near heat source. -CBull

    Strange ford 8n voltage regulator issue

    Assuming your numbers are from the dash ammeter... do you get similar numbers with a multimeter? If yes, then we have some digging to do. If no, then swap out dash ammeter. Since this tractor is new to you; Does the wiring in general look good or need some work? -CBull
