    The bolt hole where I pointed with the black stick is where the bumper has to go. I held the bumper up to the axle and that is where it fit - same place on the other side. Going one hole over toward center, while you see a hole in the outer axle, the axle behind does not have a matching hole...

    Thanks everyone. After all the talk my aftermarket bracket fit perfectly. While they came primed, I needed to get a spay can from parts to match the fenders. Sorry, don't know why the photos got turned. I have no space behind the dash on the right side. I'm satisfied how it turned out.
