    Has anyone ever have trouble removing the oil pan on this model ? It is a cast pan. the fill tube is fix to the pan. The front stay ball hanger is one big cast peace. The oil pump is bolted right under the crankshaft in the front. Never had this trouble on any other models with tin pans...

    Yes the stay ball in the front and one big peace. The oil pump is bolted right below the crankshaft. And the fill tube is welded to the pan .

    Feeling dumb today! Need to take off oil pan. Well take all the bolts out . Not a big deal. But how do you get enough clearance to drop it down? With the oil pump still on and the fill tube? Simple job not to simple to day. Any help would be appreciated thanks
