    WF brake pivot removal

    Broke the adjusting bolt off the brake band. Hand brakes like a WC. Need to pull the pivot rod to remove the band. Found the cotter pin and got it out.     using a 2 by 4 to help take bolt-on duals off

    I usually use a long extension and a jack stand to hold up the extension. Jack stand makes for easy height adjustment. However you do it, it sure improves your leverage!

    A man with some ratchet straps and a good imagination can do what ever it takes to get it done. One or two to hold it to a floor jack with a large plate. Then one or two to jack it up, down, right, left,ect.

    Issue with neighbor

    I'm kinda with gun guru. Be neighborly and ask to shoot with them next time. If the are going to go shoot next to your place tell them how bad it is ruining the hunting there by shooting there and scaring off the game. Then they won't shoot there execpt in season anyway.     If I recall it was a tractor named FORD. Built by a company that hired an engineer with that last name so they could capitalize on the name before Henry got into the business. Forced Henry into using the name Fordson. The tractor was a POS.

    The sprig is a thought as I believe there is a butterfly like device on the intake to control air thru the MAF sensor. Another though would be a vacuum line off.

    Unless it is in a criticl installation, use or saftey wise, I would do as you have and run it. Most applications using needle bearings do not require the bearing to rotate at high speeds or heat conditions so they should last.
