    Yes, there are both styles.

    The front piece sets under at an angle, then when lift arms raise the rear, it moves the tractor forward enough that the front bracket straightens up and lifts front a bit. A chain can used to keep the front piece from skidding.

    Here are a couple pics. When installed, raising the arms, raises both big wheels, a couple inches. think I need to connect left side the use the adjuster for the right side.

    Thanks. That last paragraph is the part I din't want to see. lol I don't see any bends in my jack, but I think one adjusting side would have been handy.

    I have a TO-30 (for sale) and a Ferguson 3-point tractor jack. I am trying to make the jack work but cannot get it to 'mate' with the 3-point arms. It's close, one side connected but then other side is 1/4 inch off. Wondering if someone here has some experience with this and can give me...

    Not charging

    Ok, Thank you very much...,The tractor is a 1969 Case 442. IMHO, the generator/starter systems are all alike. You gave good tips. I will check them out.

    Not charging

    My old garden tractor uses a generator, It is not charging the battery but it cranks the engine fine. What is most likely the problem. Thanks.

    Going to look at a TO30 tomorrow

    I have a 53 TO30, runs fine, no oil in coolant, no coolant drips. metal good except front grill was cut, needs brake parts cleaned & lubed and a new pto seal. have front bumper, drawbar in 3 point and a Ferggie tractor jack. All for $1500. Not advertised yet. in so. Mich. ckain2004@yahoo,com
