4430 Hydraulic conversion
Has anyone installed on of the converter kits that changes the rear scv's from Deere to Pioneer? Is it something that someone of average mechanical ability can do? The left SCV won't accept the Pioneer adapter any more and I'm tired of messing with it. None of the mechanics around here seem...- cm755

Thanks for the help. I agree that new harnesses would be the ideal solution but I am working by myself and it would be difficult, I think to do so. I only put about 50 hours a year on the 4430. It appears that most of the connectors are Packard series 50's. It seems the problem is not in...- cm755

The electrical on my 4430 is sho9wing it's age and needs updating. Under the access panel on the floor are two 9 pin connectors, which I believe are molex (male and female). Is that right? 8 vent Bezel for 4430
My 4430 has the 4 vent bezel. The only replacement I can find is 8 vent. Will this substitute without a lot of modification? The parts catalog also shows a "label" that fits over the control knobs. 4430 Turn Signals/Flasher
I'm trying to figure out why the turn signals won't work on my 4430. When the master switch is on, the bulbs flash as they should for hazards but when you just activate the turn signals' nothing happens. Thanks in advance for any insight.- cm755

I read the old previous posts on removing the steering wheel on a 4430 (telescoping and tilt. Plastic cap JD power steering) The cap will not unscrew all the way off to get to the nut. I am pretty strong and it will not budge. I don't want to take a pipe wrench to it for fear I'll mess...- cm755
