    IH 1066 diff lock plunger stuck in down position

    On my IH 1066 the diff lock plunger on the floorboard is stuck in down position. I have tried some penetrating oil and gently prying it upward. so far, no luck. Tractor is very clean, always stored inside, and the diff lock always worked, used as recently as a month ago. Any suggestion would be...
