    Sounds like a tear down. I was thinking it might be one of the valves. I did replace with the kit valves. I'll try to tear down the pump this week and I'll give an update

    Did some tests on the fuel while I had it out and it did it again. Fuel tank was between 1/4 to 1/3. Same thing as last time, not getting fuel. I rebuilt the fuel pump cause it had a cracked rubber gasket. I blew out lines, flow when I put it back together. Put Sediment bowl back on...

    So, with the fuel system on oc46, its gravity fed until it gets to the fuel lifter (pump). If your tank is low in fuel, and it is at an angle to where the Sediment bowl is higher than the fuel level of the tank it will not fill the bowl and keep the pump primed.     I had to clean the Sediment bowl out over the weekend. Unfortunately I had to remove wires off the distributor cap to do it. Then I lost track of wire order. Anyway key term search for anyone needing it. Oliver oc 46 4 cylinder plug wire to distributor cap order. See attached picture
