    Belarus 822 3-Point Lift Cylinder

My replacement cylinder on the left below (in the box). The original cylinder design on the right. I removed the caps on the new cylinder and there does not appear to be a retard valve at this point in the system.

    Belarus 822 3-Point Lift Cylinder

My 3-point lift on my 822 is losing pressure and slowly dropping my attachment. I ordered a rebuild kit and pulled the cylinder and it ended up having a sever score in the cylinder so I ordered a new one. Part number C100x200-03. Mine came and it is compatible in all dimensions, but it does...

Good tip! I think I can still use the one I have, I just have to fight it a bit!

Ford 861 and TSX 769 Carb Issue

What scaler tool did you use? How did you know it was finally clear? Did you just blow air through it?

Ford 861 and TSX 769 Carb Issue

I had decided to lower the float to put more pressure on the needle and seat. Glad you confirmed my thinking along those lines. You taught me 2 new words! Sintered - Sintering is the process of coalescing a powdered material into a solid or porous mass by means of heating without...

Ford 861 and TSX 769 Carb Issue

I dismantled the carb and the gasket was on the new seat. Any other ideas?

    Ford 861 PTO Seal Replacement

So, I could not find any information on whether the PTO should be engaged or not, so I just engaged it and all was well. If you are about to undertake this job, be sure to order parts that match the size of your PTO shaft. The YouTube video I was following along was for the 1-1/8th inch shaft...

Ford 861 and TSX 769 Carb Issue

The float valve seat has it's own gasket? I don't recall if I put one there. I'll have to disassemble and confirm. The adjustor wouldn't have any relation to the fuel leak, would it?

Ford 861 and TSX 769 Carb Issue

To continue this thread I still have an issue with this Marvel Shebler TSX769 carburetor. I am still getting a small amount of fuel leaking from inside the carb. If I let it sit for a few days, it will pool fuel in the intake tube. It's fine if I always turn off the gas when I'm done with the...

    Blearus Clutch Won't Disengage

I had my neighbor come over with his tractor. Had to pull the Belarus around the field for about 50 yards in different gears, forward, backward, until the clutch finally gave it up and let loose. I was in the highest gear, 9, when if finally let loose. Thanks for the tips!

    Blearus Clutch Won't Disengage

I am having this issues after 2 months of the tractor being idle over winter. Anonomous-O, what is this mystical penetrant of which you speak? WD-40 or Blaster? Can that be good for the clutch friction material? anton5052, do you pull the tractor around with it in high gear, turning over...

Ford 861 and TSX 769 Carb Issue

I rebuilt the carburetor and now it runs great with no restart issue. Yay! Thanks!

    Ford 861 PTO Seal Replacement

I've seen YouTube videos about replacing the seal and bearing on an 800 series tractor. I've also seen a few on the N series tractors. One video on the N series tractors said the PTO lever should be engaged to keep the spline in place as the shaft is removed, otherwise it might drop down...

Ford 861 and TSX 769 Carb Issue

I pulled the carb off and it was full of gas. The float was stuck. The floats may be bad, but they did not seem to be flooded. I'll put a kit in it and see what happens. What is the adjustment in the bottom of the bowl on the 769? Can someone point me to a reference page for the 769 settings?

Ford 861 and TSX 769 Carb Issue

I do have the heat shield in place. The fuel line is routed between the block and the manifold where it ran fine for years before the restoration (no vapor lock). I did feel the fuel line and it was not very hot.
