NH 273 and 275 pickups interchange???
I have a New Holland 273 baler and my brothers in laws have a 275 for parts.. My baler has the standard pickup and the 275 is a super sweep. I was wondering if they will interchange so I can put the super sweep on the 273 I am using?- Hayrack

Gun Experts? 5,56 VS .223
The over all size is very close but the pressure is higher on a 5.56. You can shoot .223 in a 5.56 but not 5.56 in a .223.- Dauber

OT - Any light truck tire recommendations
I have used BF Goodrich All Terrians on the 1/2 ton pick-up and the H2. Work great at the farm and very good in the snow. I have 50K on the H2 and they look like they could go another 10K. I bought them at Sam's Club and got the best price. Would do it again in a heartbeat.- Dauber

Battery maintainers
I also use the Schumacher 1.5a maintainer. I use them at home as well in the classroom. I get them at Fleet Farm about $25. I also purchased a solar panel wiring harness from Fleet Farm. It uses the same connectors as the battery maintainer I cut it up for all of the connectors then... -

OT: How to stop a gas leak...
Careful using teflon tape. If any of it gets into the fuel stream and will break off. This piece of teflon can get caught in the fuel system, because the tape doesn't really dissolve in fuel it will cause a blockage. This blockage can cause the bike to run poorly. I use Locktite 567 it will... -

OT engine storage
Fogging oil for marine engines (Storage Seal Mercury Brand) is meant to be used when the engine is running. Directions are on the can. Shut off fuel supply and slowly spray oil into the carb while the engine is running and just before it stalls from lack of fuel spray the remainder of the can... -

use for old gas mix???
Every time that I buy gas for my 2-stroke engines I add fuel stabilizer and the proper amount of oil to an empty gas can. Then at the end of the season I put the remaining fuel in my beater truck. I do not use stabil try to find Quikstore it is a Mercury Marine fuel product. Local Mercury...- Dauber

OT Pic, anybody recognise these mudguards?
They are from the '30s but not from a car or a truck but a tractor. A 30's Essex Tri-directional. And they are not mud flaps but GPS antennas. Yes in the '30 the Essex tractor company had the fore thought to install GPS on their tractors. The only problem was that satelites were not invented...- Dauber

Ultrasonic cleaner...
I have been telling people for years to use them for cleaning carbs or anything thing with small passages. I use a little Jungle Jake in mine. Try to find one that is heated. I send a lot of dealers to Balkowitch.com. Great service. -

4430 head gasket
Torque to 115ft.lbs. following the proper sequence then set your torque wrench to 135 ft. lbs. and follow the sequence again. Then finish your assembly.- Dauber
