    I am repowering my JD 316 with a new B/S Vangard 18 hp engine.My question is will the amount of "turning over" while waiting for gas to be pumped to the engine, filling the carb, etc. pump enough oil throughout the engine before it starts running?     I am repowering my 316 with a Vangard from the small engine warehouse. The drive shaft connects to a 6 armed adapter on the end of the flywheel similar to the one on the original Onan. What should these bolts be torqued to? Any other advice for this project? The old engine is out awaiting...

    AAA still has them. Also, when I travel my first stop as I enter a state is at the DOT Welcome Center. You can get a real map and it is often the most recent. Then I'm set to travel the blue highways.

    Keep the existing circuit for one of those tools, run new branch circuits for the other two. # 10 is adequate for all of them although the saw may run on a 20A #12 circuit which would save a little money. Check the name plate rating.
