    Frontend Loader jerks, squeals when lowering

    Check to see if the loader valve has load checks in it, if so you may need an orfice in the line to the loader cylnder to keep the load checks unseated.

    small pin hole in air compressor tank

    Junk it NOW destroy the tank so it can never be used agian! Anyone with pin holes and/or a repaired tank has a ticking time bomb!     IH 656 hydro

    Allan is right on the money. If you have great reverse but weak foreward or vice versa look at the check valves and the high pressure reliefs. We have a 656D hydro here at the farm that was getting weak last summer I wound up putting in the foreward high pressure relief.

    Sickle mower gards with serrated ledger plate -

    I use serrated sickle sections and guards for a CaseIH 1020 head on my mower. The main thing about changing guards to this setup is changing all of the guards don't mix and match. I'm a mechanic for a Case Ih dealer so I keep my eyes on the scrap bin for used parts that are still serviceable...
