2000 Ford, 3 cyl, 4 speed trans
The rear axle oil level plug is 18" to the rear of the transmission oil level plug. It's a small square head plug. Same fluid. -

temperature sensor/ fuel gauge 4000 ford
Sotxbill, Thanks for the tips. You were right about the oil light bulb (was installed wrong),it works now. The fuel guage goes slowly to full when I ground the now-repaired wire (it was chewed in two). Still nothing with the temp guage, wire is plugged onto sender. Looks like hood has to come... -

All of my '69 Ford 2000 instruments are dead, except for the generator warning light. Also, the neutral safety switch on the shift cover has a jump wire rigged up. Any advice would be appreciated- what steps should be taken before replacing things? -
