    How to locate MF 1100 year by serial number???

    We own a MF 1100 that we got when my father passed away. We are trying to find out what year it is but are not having any luck. The serial number is 9B III24. Can anyone help me locate the year of our tractor?

    1976 D-9H Transmision

    After running 1hr my D-9 will not go forward or reverse. Than I will shut the engine off for 15 minutes and it is ok. I have changed the pickup screen and filters. It is a 3 speed power shift. Any help is appreciative. THANKYOU
