    You can put the governor spring and pellet out of a CA in it to gain more RPM.

    If its only 30 miles, grease the hubs before you leave and then again halfway home. I don’t use an offset hitch. If you’ve got any kind of a shoulder, it’ll be okay. I’ve pulled them through roundabouts more than once.

    Beetles don’t have lungs. Air needs to circulate through holes in their body in order for them to absorb oxygen. The dish soap seals off those holes, and they suffocate.

    question about removing a pulley from a shaft

    The pulley and hub are separate. The pulley is what clamps the hub tight to the shaft. Take out the three bolts and run them into the other three threaded holes. That’ll push the pulley of the taper on the hub. The hub and key will slide off the shaft together then.

    You might try using air pressure to blow it out. If that doesn’t work, you may need to just sacrifice the plunger. You can drill a hole in the end and use a slide hammer to pull it out.
