    I think Dell may be right. Mine did this too and was due to my balls being worn and flat on four sides, more square then round. Nothing that a kit can"t fix. It"s fairly easy to to pull your governor and check the balls.

    I bought the 4 core off this site. Good heavy radiator. I"m glad I went with the extra money I spent on it for the extra core/cooling I"ll get.

    Nice Work... Wish I picked up metal work along the line somewhere. Didn"t offer it in High School , but I did get my start learning my welding and torch work there... Shop classes was the best thing I got out of high school, probably the most used....

    Is this a front mount coil? 6V or 12V?

    If your 6 volt generator is still working good, I"d replace the bracket or get it welded. That would be cheaper in the long run. If it ain"t broke don"t fix it kind of thing.

    Oh, Just a guess but I"d say more then likely you"ll need the PTO Override Clutch - Override Coupler For converting 1 1 8" Male To 1 3 8"

    You will want an over-ride clutch with using a brush mower. If not the spinning blade will force your tractor forward and you will run yourself into a fence, ditch, pond, or whatever....

    STARTER BUTTON

    Sounds to me like a bad wire connection from button to solenoid, bad ground and/or bad solenoid. And, you can get brand new parts that do not work.

    starter wont stop

    Your starter solenoid is more then likely stuck. Hook it up and tap with hammer to disengage. Mine did this a while back before it went out all together.

    Radiator Alignment

    I cut a couple pieces of a belt from a big round baler. It's about a 1/4 thick. Worked well for me.
