I HAVE A ALLIS HD4 THAT I REBUILT THE ENGINE AND STEARING CLUTCHES , ITS BEEN SITTING FOR YEARS , IT GOES INTO FORWARD AND BACK FINE AND DRIVES ALL OVER BUT WHEN I GET TO A HILL IT STOPS MOVING , 1ST GEAR IT WILL PULL ITS SELF BUT 2ND OR 3RD IT WILL STOP MOVING ?
