    On most lawnmowers throttles you have a rabbit for fast and a turtle for slow. Well my wife says I"m extra slow about getting things done, allthough I usually finish what I set out to do. Thus my speed is double low turtle. Kinda fits with my old ford tractor.

    Voltmeter hookup

    Dont do This To see if the alternator is charging simply unhook the positive battery cable while engine is running. If engine dies the alternator is not charging.This is assuming your tractor is a negative ground system.

    Red Kote- is 1 qt. enough?

    I used 1 quart of Bill Hirsh gas tank sealer (similar) on my 56 GMC a few years ago with a 20 gallon tank.     I am fabricating a custom muffler heat shield due to the original was missing. If anyone can tell me the length and width of a original before I go to cutting. It is for a 1955 640. Will be using some aluminum sheet and thinking I should leave it unpainted.
