    I set the clearance using the gauge tool. There is probably about an 1/8 in of clearance between the clutch disc and the pressure plate when the clutch is disengaged.

    That is a good point John, I am hesitant to disassemble the pump and inspect it because the 08377AB o-rings aren't available from CNH anymore. Do you have these o rings for the old style pump? Thanks
