    Thanks guys! That's interesting. I didn't think until last night to look in my parts book. The book shows both emblems (plastic and diecast) as being available back in the day. The diecast evidently was optional. Maybe it came with the diecast emblem if you got your tractor "loaded out"...

    806 IH Front Emblem (Plastic or Diecast)

    Can someone tell me if the factory original front IH emblem on the grill of the 806 was plastic or diecast? I see both available and wondered which would be "original" equipment. The plastic is obviously the cheaper one, but restoring to original condition would like to go original.

    Do you know if it has the RD style fuel injection pump or the Roosa master? I might be interested in the injection pump if it has the RD pump. Thanks.

    Back wheels on a Farmall B

    I'd recommend lots of heat and penetrating oil. Get that bolt orange hot and then put the impact to it after letting it cool slightly. You don't want to shear it off while it's red, but do it before it completely cools off. Goodluck!

    520 power steering vane seals

    Going through my steering pedestal and replacing all the seals due to a leak from the bottom of the pedestal assembly. Anyone care to share tips to sliding the vane seals over without cutting them. Is there a trick that works best?

    I have a PJ 32' tandem gooseneck. I love it. Very nice trailer and pulls great. I will say the 7100 empty was something I didn't even think about when I bought mine. So good for you for thinking about that. You should be fine. I have a 1989 Ford F350 with a 7.3IDI. It does pretty good...

    Yep.. Guess that's the way it goes. :( I'll try to sand him out and carefully fill in with some paint. I think before he perished, he wollered around as much as he could to mess up the paint. :/

    Fly in paint

    As luck would have it, some type of fly landed in the final topcoat of a hood I painted. Any ideas on how to get him out now that the paint has dried? I attached a picture, hopefully it will upload. Thanks!

    Placement of 730 D decals

    The decals came with the tractor when I got it. The decals I have have been stored inside but they are probably 10 years old. Also they are the mylar decals. No instructions provided (at least to me). Very little info on the web about the placement. Hopefully some of the knoweledgable folks...
