    I would check and see if the starter is grounded to the case. It might be rusted and not getting a good contact.

    That's good to hear. This tractor is a phase 3 420 "U" that's painted blue. Jeff Rottkamp has a 420 phase 2 that is also blue. We believe that they are New York State municipal tractors. They where shipped from industrial side of John Deere painted blue. Dwight

    I am little confused. I assumed that you new about Two Cylinder Magazine and the fact you can have your John Deere tractor archived. The archives for your tractor no longer exist.

    I thought I take a photo of my archive. It is a Export because it was shipped back from Argentina. It also notes the all fuel at the bottom.

    Two Cylinder has the records for the 3,256 "M" built. If J.R Hobbs were alive he would have the answer on how many all fuel were built in the last 3,256 tractors.

    The two that I have seen sold in a private sell for $40plus thousand. The other sold in Aumann auction for $16,000 unrestored. It has been a few years back. I think it all depends if they are documented and have all the correct All fuel parts.
