    those floor guides just bolt in with flat head bolts and are not to expensive. also when we had that problem from too dry hay id sometimes start bale in greener part of field annd once started switch too drier part of field took awhile thuogh.

    3020 starting issue

    sounds like a loose connection or bad ground coming from one of the batteries. either have to go down the line from each battery with a meter looking for voltage drop. or you can jump parts of the battery cables out with jumper cable to find bad connection. could be on feed side or ground side

    we never pull started it, but we boughtit locally from a dairy that was pretty hard on it. they had trans trouble electric and ac problems and finally gave up on it and left it sitting. i thought we were getting a good deal on it but weve had to work on it alot.

    hour meter doesnt work last time we changed the hi lo it was a bad seal on the big piston. clutches and steels were still good . we replaced all clutches and seals. checked for bad spots that would damage seals. checked to make sure pressure above 150 psi at manifold. last time we changed it...

    we have a2950 4x4 cab tractor that we have had to split to fix hi lo. weve split twice so far and it needs it again. iwas wondering if there is a way to block the hydraulic ports to the hi lo and then fix the planetary gears so theyre in hi all the time.we have alot of road time from field to field.

    OT Well pressure tank

    besisides the pressure tank it could also be the pipe the pressure switch is hooked to. if its 1/2 inch steel sometimes it clogs and causes similar problem. if clogged replace with brass and it shouldnt happen again. good luck
