    Your telling me you have the ability to look up all the budget info on the EPA and the terms of use for the site and can't understand what Tim S is saying? Tim my Grandpa said "don't argue with a fool onlookers can't tell who is who" and I think that statement fits this situation perfectly.

    Yeah I agree a 10 or 12 disc is about Max at my place. I just don't want to push mine to the limit.

    model 60 running rough

    I changed the plugs and no difference. I did not use any drill bits when I put the kit in the Carb. The plugs are sooty black after running for 15 min? Pionts and cap look like new. I could replace the wires but I don't think that's the problem? Could to coil be doing this?

    John Deere 60 (Good or Bad)?

    One more thing to consider is the 3 point on the 60. I've had to adapt everything I put on the back to fit it. To my knowledge no one makes attachments for it as a direct fit anymore? It works just one more classic tractor problem. But they do sound cool.

    I have a 54 model 60. Wide front nice tractor. Mine has the 6"-3 power block. I would assume its been changed at some point. I don't think they came that way in 54?? She needs some tlc from time to time so be ready to work on it. To keep her going. Dusty

    good disk for 4020

    I've got an old 11 foot killifer offset disc on my 4020 and that's about all it wants. I pull it over my field after it gets plowed. But that's my ground. Yours might be different?

    4020 with 3 bottom 18" roll over plow

    What gear do you guys plow in? I'm in ne Oregon soil type is just eastern Oregon dirt no clay. I've been going in 3rd and it seems to pull it alright. Dusty

    No a stuck valve would be no compression.
