    Have a Div 2 John Deere 70 with 12-1 compression and some head work. Thinking about cutting back the center divider in the manifold to pull from both barrels. This tractor has a stock stroke so it's not big cubic inch. Will this be too much carb? How far to cut back?

    hot shot oil additive for diesels

    Add 1/2 oz per gallon of two stroke oil to the fuel. Big chance it will fix it. I manage a GM shop that does mor duramaxes that anyone in the state. Works all the time.

    top cut tires?

    I think you should allow top cuts in div 2 to even the competition. Otherwise you are sending guys on a treasure hunt to find "road worn" tires. Full cut is a whole different story, that usually requires a professional and $$ but top cut anybody can do.

    We are running them in a 70 with no problem.

    If it is a single wheel front it is very ease. The wide front simple bolts on. Takes about an hour. If it has the one piece front pedestal the whole nose has to be changed out

    WHICH ELECTRIC BRAKE CONTROLER IS BEST

    The Maxbrake is the only way to go if you are serious about wanting the best one. I have used most of the ones listed above at on time or another (we currently have 8 2500/3500HDs) and the Maxbrake is the best hands down
