    Jubilee-Radius Arm Pin

I am widening the track of a Jubilee to 6 feet. It is suggested to move the radius arms to the outside holes. I have the nuts off the radius arm pins on the front axle...but cannot budge them with a pretty firm hammer. Do I just need a bigger hammer? ...or am I missing something? Thanks! Rich
