    Allis D-10

    I have recently accuired an Allis D-10 w/ 3 pt hitch and a full set of cultivators. The pto always spins. Sitting on the seat there is a lever on the right hand side that looks to go to the pto, but no matter which position i put the lever in it still spins. any ideas?
