Can't start this tractor in gear. It's a safety feature. But on this forum I had multiple people say to put it in 3rd gear and pull it around. I did that and also in 1st, 2nd, & 4th.- Flyfishing1

Hello used red MN, I still have a stuck clutch. That being said I didn't split the tractor but I did wash it first. Now How can I get it unstuck? And the starter button Will NOT allow it to start in gear with the clutch depressed. What else can I do?- Flyfishing1

Can't start the tractor in gear with the clutch in. The starter button won't allow it. (Safety Feature). I didn't split the tractor, just replaced the starter button. (Could I have screwed something up when I replaced the button, since it's on the shifter plate and has to be removed to change...- Flyfishing1

It Will not allow it to start in gear. That being said I believe I got it working, will have to now adjust the clutch but I can get it in gear if the throttle isn't to high. A VERY BIG thx to everyone that has answerd me. I truly appreceiate it.- Flyfishing1

Well I CAN put it in gear when it's NOT running. But grinds and WON'T go into gear with it running. WTF!!!- Flyfishing1

And I am truly sorry for sounding stupid, But I am truly frustrated with this. I really think it has to do with replacing the starter button, but thats why I'm on here. YOU GUY'S KNOW WAY MORE THAN I Do about these tractors.- Flyfishing1

There is no way to roll or push the tractor where it sits, and the front bucket is up on blocks. I have Not tried to much to put it in gear with the engine off. It doesn't really seam to want to go into gear. Like I said it's acting like the clutch isn't working at all.- Flyfishing1
