    Good afternoon, Does anyone know how to get the tachometer dial out of the dash? I don't see any obvious way to get in there, does the sheet metal have to same off?

    Good morning all, got a bit of an emergency here. I was installing a swinging drawbar kit onto my to35 and as I was tightening the last bolt, I heard a loud pop. When I backed the bolt out to check on things, the transmission oil started pouring out! Any idea what broke and how to fix it...

    Update: it was the solenoid. Thank you everybody. One last question. I'm buying the replacement parts now, do I want the solenoid switch,the starter, or both? Not sure what the difference between the two is.

    That switch sounds like a likely culprit. I'm gonna head out and pick up one of those test lights, then start poking around. I'll let you know what turns up.

    Update: it's a very slow leak coming from the cylinder up front.turning the wheel to one side or the other doesn't make the leak get any worse (or the increase is so small i don't notice it). Worn out seal maybe? Thats what it looks like to me.

    Not rude, totally understandable. The reason for the lack of info is that i haven't had a really close look at it yet.
