    i picked up a nice erskline snow blower yesterday. and i dont have the tractor hear at this time( 15mi away at son place) what is the size of the pto shaft on the tractor 1 1/8 or 1 3/8 ? the blower has 1 3/8 do i need a over run coupler? thanks guys Bob

    cheap way to fix pto

    Well the coupler is only about a year old. But it (PTO on tractor) wobbles with any one I put on. So if the splines are the only things that wernes down then the shaft will have the same OD so putting a sleave on it with a almost new coupler will not work. Then a new shaft is on the way sone...

    No it was just a way to finish the job. I will look for a new one or for that sleave soundguy was talking about. Were might I find one?

    This is just a eazy way to fix your pto shaft from wobbling too much if you can"t fix it the right way (buying a new shaft...) My 1971 ford 3000"s pto shaft is warn bad. The yoke will just wobble like crazy when I"m hooked up to any pto equmint type. I add a extention to it and it worked for a...
