    Plastic fuel pumps don,t last , I take the fuel pump out , make a plate with fitting for 1/4 inch hose and use the briggs&stratton vacchm fuel,pump , works good , I did this a dozen engines , plus if the fuel pump goes bad it’s easy to change mount it close to the carburator
