    Lucky for you, this is an addiction support group. There is just something about them. I'm embarrassed to say how many I have bought, traded for, and carted off in the past few months. I hate seeing one in the junk pile. They need rescuing! Looks like good things going on in your shop.

    I swear I read this somewhere, but cannot find it now. Where is the "key" for interpreting serial numbers? Ex: C=High Clearance I have CGM as a serial prefix. Thank you.

    1956 Ferguson F40C - Wheels

    I picked up my first 40 at a salvage yard. She is going to need some work, but it is complete with a free engine. Among other maladies, it suffers from the dreaded red paint conversion. I paid too much, but it needed saving. First impression: It sits noticably high in the front. 38-12.4...

    I didn't turn up anything searching the archives. I found one place on line that sells them, but they are on backorder. I find it interesting that none of the rebuild kits have them. Does anyone know where to find them? Thanks, Jeff

    Strange fuse holder on FE35

    The most common single fuse add-on I have seen is for a lighting circuit. Makes you wonder if they removed it or never added it.

    TO-30 temperature gauge

    There is a slotted plug on the back of the head on both my TO20s. I haven't removed it to see what runs out. Is that for a sensor?
