    John Deere 4020 lp hard to start

    When I jump the starter with the screwdriver, it engages every time without any clicking. All connections are fresh and clean. The starter was bought new last year. I purchased it as new, not rebuilt. I took the battery to Interstate today and they load tested it. It tested fine.

    What I need is the small 12x4 rim that used the rubber tire. A blank rim won't do me any good due to the fact I don't have a center to weld in. The mounting flange and everything else is there, just not the rim - wheel.
