    I think you posted about this before? I answered but you may not have seen it. If your pressures are fine in all ranges, most likely the forward end of the reverse countershaft has broken off. If this occurs, it won"t grind, complain, or give any indication at all- reverse will simply go away...

    Fuel shut off solenoid for 97 cummins

    I've had two of these, in both cases the solenoid was good, the harness connector was bad. Three insulated butt splices repaired both.
