    900lp followed me home

I know basically nothing about LP tractors or Cases older than my 1030... The only real problem I could find was a bad packing on the liquid valve on the tank. I have new valves on the way. I have been driving it around on vapor off of a 20# tank. Seems to run really good as long as I...

    lt0-300 military surplus welder

I have run across a military surplus welder that's quite reasonably priced. The welder part is made by Libby and has a 300 amp output. The power comes from a 4AO84 air cooled engine. Turns over but no spark. Overall looks in decent shape. Anyone have experience with these and their good and bad...

    Rock auto prices

    White 2-70 transmission input shaft

This morning while using my white, the sprocket coupler seems to have taken off all the splines on the input shaft to the transmission. I have a workshop manual for a 1655, but it's not real clear. Do you have to remove the engine and over/under to get the input shaft out of the transmission...

    WF Tranny

I need to switch my transmission on my 37 WF. It looks like I need to either remove the engine or the rear end. The steering box is bolted to the top of a tubular housing that runs between the bell housing and rear end. I don't think a WC is the same as the WF, because the WF is shorter and the...

    PTO question

Read the one post about the 540 and the 1000 PTO. Why did some tractors have two output PTO's? I had a guy ask that a while back and I did not have a really good answer for him. I knew the 1000 was or bigger equipment and the 540 for small items. Never really knew why there were two shafts...
