    That carpment should be dry. Oil is leaking from around the pto drive shaft. Could also be leaking from the Ta. sun gear shaft or the T.A. Carrier. Would need to split ther tractor if any of the seals leak. If not leaking bad clean the hole out and let it drip

    IH 154 LOWBOY IS 12 NEG. GROUND. Don't have to pull engine to change rear seal but it would be quicker. Will probably have to change the metal seal retainer the seal has a habit of coming loose and spinning in the reatiner. also check to make sure there isn't any oil coming from the engine oil...

    544 international hyd filters

    filter is on right side of TA housing or on the right side of the hydro housing. If it's a gear drive there will be six bolts to take out and the cover lifts off. replace gasket. If it's a hydro there will be two bolts holding the filter can in place along with an o-ring.
