    JD 272 mower tire mounting

No i haven't tried that yet, but 1/2" difference seems a bit much to stretch, or is that normal for split rims to be that tight? Seeing the old tires can be taken off without any effort, i realize they're old and dried, but would've assumed that they were tight on the rims

ford 5000 clutch issue and PTO question

we had a look inside by removing the inspection cover and putting a camera in there, it is for sure a brake paw, not a band I'd have to look for the serial number

ford 5000 clutch issue and PTO question

thanks for the replies so far! sorry for my late response @sotxbill isn't the brake paw supposed to be adjustable from the outside? in regards to the PTO: it's spinning fast and is tough to stop, unless i have the mower hooked up to it, that seems to stop it, however once the mower is good and...

thanks! , I had a look at the link you posted, I think I might be better off to just order a new tank sensor, as I don't think it's worth several hours of my time to try fix a $120 sensor;)

    3pt arm height adjustment

On my 72' ford 5200 the control lever for the 3pt arms is working really odd The lever can move roughly 9" , however it only seems to work at the top 2", so it is very "touchy" making it very hard to control the height of any implement When i set the stop screw to a certain position, then once...
