    Bad governor control cover gasket leak on Ford 2910 CAV pump

    There doesn't appear to be any crack or top seal leak. The fuel leaks at the cover gasket. Two people in another forum have offered the suggestion that the filter or return lines could be clogged leading to the pressure buildup under the governor control cover which is blowing out my cover gasket.
