Too much pressure in top tank on a 2910 CAV pump?

I understand about the sealant and had noticed that the original gasket didn't have any sealant. It seems like the area under the governor control cover shouldn't be pressurized to the extent where fuel sprays out of the gasket. I was wondering if there was an internal pressurized area that was...

Bad governor control cover gasket leak on Ford 2910 CAV pump

I am getting quite the education about the fuel system on my tractor and I want to let everybody know how much I appreciate everyone input. This is going to get my tractor working again and save me a lot of headaches now and in the future. Again, many thanks to everyone who responded to my post...

Bad governor control cover gasket leak on Ford 2910 CAV pump

It keeps running, although not perfectly, even while it's leaking badly, 5-6 drips per second or more. Bad governor control cover gasket leak on Ford 2910 CAV pump

Too much pressure in top tank on a 2910 CAV pump?

The CAV fuel pump top tank gasket catastrophically failed on the back side of the tank facing the engine and began leaking a lot of fuel on my Ford 2910. I removed the top tank while the pump was on the tractor, installed a new gasket, bled the lines and restarted the tractor. The new gasket...

LCG rear tire swap, slope doesn't seem bad at all

This message is a reply to an archived post by petebert on January 20, 2022 at 17:09:34. The original subject was LCG rear tire swap, slope doesnt seem bad at all. Love the 351, had a 532 for about 5 years. Loved it, it didn't love me. It was an old, tired NCDOT tractor that had been rode hard...
