2010 - How do I remove the side panels from the dash??
Again, as stated it is based off serial number. tractors built after serial 29001 the right side comes off. Depending on what has to be done to the steering column, you may have to take the complete assembly off. It starts now because it has the proper compression. The remanufactured head that I purchased had issues with the valves not seating properly as well as the guides. I bought a cheap one from Amazon, because of the low readings I did not trust. I borrowed the second tester kit from my JD Dealer. Almost positive that this was made by OTC. Both testers leaked and both testers were consistently within 5-10PSI of each other.- Hay maker2

Old injectors were tested. Some were not where they belong. Replaced with 6 new Deere pencil injectors. As for the injection pump, this has not been rebuilt. While both the 4520 and the 44/4630 unitizes the same 6404T engine, the do call out different piston assemblies. The 4320, 4520, and 4620 all uses the same piston kit. Per my 4520-tech manual, it calls out the same maximum recess valves as your screen shot as well as the valve angle face. My machinist stated that the recess is less than the maximum value.- Hay maker2
