    That explains why his total hydraulics AND the power steering are slow....(loader included) which is plumbed in to the tractor hydraulics. I'll advise him to start with a hyd. oil and filter change when the weather warms up. He's 87 and is having a love affair with his couch at the time...

    forced air kerosene heater UPDATE

    The design was changed on the newer kerosene/diesel heaters and I can't find any YouTube videos or any other available fix-it help from the company brand names. I've fixed the older style with the carbon rotor in the rear pump, but not these new ones with that auxiliary pump and motherboard...

    Buying an 8N

    I'm looking to buy an 8N with serial # 8N100249. I don't know much about these tractors. It comes with a bush hog and a blade. I was wanting to know what you guys thought it maybe worth and what to look for in buying such a tractor? Hopefully a photo comes with this if I did it right. Thank you!

    massey ferguson 135 power steering leak

    Had a similar problem with my 698 and didn't realize it has a filter. Changed that and not yet sure that maybe the pump isn't bad. Foamy fluid but that should be normal for a pump. Could one of your hoses be crimped or collapsed?

    Someone please tell me how to remove the power steering pump from a 698 Massey or direct me to a link to look at. Just sippin my coffee here and hoping to pick a brain. Thanks guys.
